Our asparagus peeler has the property that it not only peels thinly, but especially round, the shape of the asparagus . The finely serrated blades are very sharp and do their job excellently.
Advantages:
That means much less loss . With fine (and especially expensive!) asparagus this is a big advantage, you say yourself...?
